Applied for Student Start-Up Scholarship

We just finished our two submissions for the SXSWedu Education Expo Student Startup Competition, powered by LaunchGen. We're submitting both the ChapR and Chap Research. However, only one will be selected as a finalist (because both are under the same organization). Still, it'll be a great opportunity to talk about what we've done (and maybe win $1000). Keep your fingers crossed!

Fruit Spiral Presentation at TEDx

Today was our presentation of the Fruit Spiral. Lots of people came by and thought it was cool, especially since we were one of the only student exhibits at TEDx labs (the one hour intermission between speakers at TEDx). We even had a couple of students asking how to get started making their own projects.

ChapR v2.0 Now in Alpha!

Though the ChapR has only offered compatibility for NXT-based robots up until this point, we have been working on software 2.0 of the ChapR to add FRC compatibility to the ChapR, as well as match mode functionality. Check out www.thechapr.com for more information!
